Stephen Fulder, Ph.D, is one of Israel’s leading spiritual teachers, founder of the Israel Insight Society (Tovana). He has been teaching Buddhist teachings and meditation practice to thousands of people over the last 20 years. He draws on 40 years of deep personal experience of Vipassana/ Mindfulness meditation and dharma practice as well as the immeasurable wisdom of the Buddhist tradition, to help us to rediscover the magic of the moment, and the great heart and big mind that lies just under the surface. This site makes available hundreds of talks, reflections and articles in English and Hebrew as well as guided meditations, both for beginners and those with prior experience. In addition there are materials on herbal remedies, about which Stephen has written many books.

I enjoyed working with Yochai and the other researchers because of the precision with which they brought to the inquiry. Do spread this report around to all who may find it interesting... Read More
> My new book on the dharma in Hebrew, ''Daily Life Awakeing", is very popular, and has been for many weeks the number one bestseller of instructional books. It is available at all bookshops.
"Been reading the book with much joy! It's beautiful, straightforward, and deep" (Profesor Yacov Raz, University of Tel Aviv),
"Wise, inspiring, and refreshing to the heart." (Jack Kornfield. Spirit Rock Meditation Center)
